Ingredients
1 National Chicken 1.4,
200g of pounded peanuts
2 Grated Coconuts
2 onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil
1 pepper
Salt and broth b.
Way of preparing:
Saute the onion and the tomatoes, let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes, after having cooked add the coconut milk along with peanuts, stir the panela for 30 to 40 minutes. Add the chicken and broth leaving a little more boil so that the peanut reaches the ideal cooking point. When the curry is expelling the oil, put the pepper for 1 minute to taste more in the curry.
NB: It can be accompanied by white rice, coconut rice, omelette, bread or tapioca.
